This build will start off as a Heavenly Strike Siphon build, but starts to add Shadow Clone push build to itself. The first part of the run will be fast, using your Heavenly Strike to get you to your max stage, or close to it, then you will be using Shadow Clone to push the rest of the way, it is slow, but the pushing power may be able to help you push on in a tournament. Follow the HS Siphon guide because it is pretty much the same thing you will be using on here.
However, as you approach your Max Stage, you will be finding out that Heavenly Strike is little to no use now. This is the time to level all skills to level 20 and make sure you have at least 400 mana to activate all skills (minus HS). It doesn't matter what order you activate skills in, but activating SC first and going in reverse order will allow you to save 1-2 seconds from wasting with the other skills as Dimensional Shift increases your timer. The fact that your Mana Siphon is high, you should have no problem gaining back all that mana plus more before your timers run out. From here, your Shadow Clone is pretty much taking over, slowly pushing through the titans to increase your Max Stage.
For the weapons, after Heavenly Strike splashing comes to a crawl, switch to Critical Damage for Shadow Clone takeover.
